An underserved market with clear demand.

Lucky Star Retreats is building an accessibility-first outdoor hospitality model for high-demand Pacific Northwest recreation destinations.

Outdoor demand is already here. Accessible overnight options are not.

Across the Pacific Northwest, people already travel for outdoor recreation, retreats, events, wellness, and weekend escapes. Yet accessibility-forward overnight stays remain limited.

Lucky Star Retreats is positioned at the intersection of outdoor recreation travel, experience-based stays, and accessibility-forward hospitality.

A tiered stay model with layered revenue potential.

Revenue begins with accommodations and expands through group stays, retreat rentals, wellness services, partner-led programming, and add-on experiences.

Planned target rates:

Primitive sites:
$75/night
Safari tents:
$130/night
Glamping domes:
$280/night

Phase 1 capital target: $4M

Current Phase 1 planning includes:

●      $2.5M for land acquisition / site control
●      $1.5M for buildout and infrastructure

Funds may support site control, permitting, engineering, infrastructure, initial lodging inventory, accessibility-forward site design, launch marketing, and operating reserve.

Investment structure is still being refined based on investor fit, site structure, and final capital stack.
